Gerry Barnicoat - well-known construction director, with 30 years in the building industry, latterly as Managing Director of Lark Construction. 

Paul Stephens - practised as a solicitor before launching a series of Business Expansion Schemes companies to provide rented housing throughout southern England. He provides our sales and marketing and corporate administration services. 

Derek Coyle - responsible for identifying and appraising new projects and land acquisitions, having joined us after 13 years with the Berkeley Group, with whom he held board and senior management positions. 

Geoff Coombe - has 20 years' experience with national house builders and substantial local contractors. He identifies and resolves groundworks and infrastructure problems, and provides quality control expertise during construction.  

Kate Harrill - our principal marketing agent, and the first point of contact for sales enquiries. Her wealth of experience in the new homes market is always welcomed by our purchasers in the provision of information, explanation of options and smoothing the conveyancing process.
