| Poltair Homes has funds available for the immediate
purchase of suitable building land in Cornwall and Devon. We are interested in
acquiring further land for sites suitable for between one and one hundred and
fifty units. We are interested in land that already has planning permission but
we would also like to work with land owners who have land which has the
potential for gaining planning permission. Our company has the expertise to deal
