How to get to Rosevale Gardens
(Luxulyan)

From St Austell (Via The Eden Project)
From the ASDA supermarket on the St Austell bypass travel East on the A390 signposted Liskeard.
You will pass over the first roundabout and straight on through 3 sets of traffic lights before arriving at a roundabout next to the Brittania Inn.
Continue towards Liskeard up the hill past the Mid Cornwall Art gallery and take the next turning on the left signposted ‘Bodelva’ into Luxulyan Road.
Continue along this road for 1 mile until you will see The Eden Project on your left-hand side. Carry on this road for a further 1 mile until you reach a T-junction signposted ‘Luxulyan’ to the right (1.5 miles).
Upon entering the village of Luxulyan the site is situated on the right hand side.

From the Bodmin Bypass
From the main roundabout on the Bodmin bypass (A30) Ennis Downs take the A391 signposted St Austell and Bugle. After half a mile turn left (no signpost) and then right signposted ‘Luxulyan’ (2.5 miles).
You are now 3.25 miles from the site.
Upon entering the village, the road bears to the right over a railway bridge, past the Public House, continue for a further 400metres and the site is on the left-hand side.

From Lostwithiel
Travel towards St Austell on the A390 until you reach St Blazey.
You will cross a level crossing and take the next road on the right signposted ‘Luxulyan’
(Prideaux Road and New Road).
Continue along this road for 1.25 miles until you reach a T-junction signposted ‘Luxulyan’
2.5 miles to the right.
Carry on this road for a further I mile until you reach another T-junction signposted
‘Luxulyan’ to the right (1.5 miles).
Upon entering the village of Luxulyan the site is situated on the right-hand side.

From Roche
Take signposts to Stenalees and then on to Penwithick.
Then take signs for the Eden Project and Luxulyan.
Signs for the Eden Project situated at Roche, Stenalees and Penwithick will take you to within
1.5 miles of the site and signage to Luxulyan is good.
